Brockmans & Summerhouse hill are situated on MOD land, just outside of Folkestone. The land is well sign posted as MOD & private. However It is common place for the general public to use the land if the army are not on maneuvers. If they are present don't even bother attempting to ride, you will be asked to leave. I suggest instead going to Postling a few miles away, or even Sandgate.
